these are all ones that i've seen extensively used in fanfics....jason and piper = jasper
carter and zia = zarter
percy and rachel = perachel
percy and athena = perthena
poseidon and athena = pothena
percy and artemis = pertemis
grover and juniper = groviper
hazel and frank = frazel
thalia and luke = thuke
percy and luke = puke
percy and jason = perason
and yeahhhh some of these are canon pairings, some are totally non-canon...... but they're used in fanfiction.
