Does anyone else feel Rick Riordan is loosing his magic touch in Throne of Fire and Son of Neptune?

so you think that The Throne of Fire was better than The Red Pyramid and that The Son of Neptune was better than The Lost Hero?
Tey were all really good especially SoN and TLH and ToF

no, his writing is as brilliant as ever. if you're finding it to be of a lower standard, cut riordan some slack. he's writing at least two big novels a year lately... it's gotta be a tough job. just to dish them out as fast as we want them. so NOPE, riordan is still as epic as he was before... if not more.
Ya..I think it's getting kinda sloppy. In the Throne of Fire I was really disapointed. I expected the climax and plot to be a lot better. I havn't read Son of Neptune yet but my friend told me it wasn't as good as the others. Rick is a good writer but his writing is becoming more predictable and the story isn't as thrilling as it used to be.
I thought Son of Neptune was better than The Lost Hero but that's just me. And you gotta cut him some slack, he's writing a couple novels a year. That's a lot of work.
I think throne of fire might have been a little more dull in comparison but simply loved son of neptune
Both the Throne of Fire and The Son Of Neptune were good The Lost Hero was horrible... Jason is the worst character, I liked the other characters tho, but never Jason.. Just saying his name annoys me. eghhh

If anything RR's writing has gotten 10 times better and he hasn't lost his touch at all! and like Elena said, he's an amazing writer and anyone who thinks differently is just stupid!

Not really. I didn't enjoy the Throne of Fire as much as his other work, but I really liked the Son of Neptune and the Serpent's Shadow.
Well I do have to point out he misspelled some words in MoA, like when the girls were talking with Aphrodite he misspelled it. But then again he's on a one year deadline figuring out how to make it into a AWESOME story
Thats the editors fault, they spell everything.
Plus they check all grammar.
