Linda LaRoque I loved it! Read it to my after school students or wouldn't have picked up it. I'm so glad I did. Interesting plot and premise. Characters jumped off the page. Though I enjoyed the movie, it couldn't compare to the book.

Raelyn Martinelli I like it, but it is kind of a young reader. I wish that book would have the same consept, but it would have 300 more pages.

Linda LaRoque I've not heard anything but that's not unusual. Don't go to the movies much. If one of you find out, please let the rest of us know. Thanks!

Yes i did like this book very much. Once i started reading it i didn't want to put it down because when zero ran away and Stanley went to go look for him. That's how good it was and interesting. It has good details. I liked it so much i read it twice.

Dylan Duong I hate this book. It bored me to death. Holes, holes, and more holes everywhere. The only part where things picked up was when the main character's got stuck in the desert. They should've dug more holes and buried themselves inside because other than that climatic part and a few other tidbits and funny descriptions, the story bored me to death. This book wasn't bad just not interesting to me.

Elijah i really like this book because it is very interesting. i also like how they go on an awesome adventure in the dessert. they went through a lot of struggles but were able to overcome them. this book was very suspensful which kepted me hooked on to it. the author did a good job in describing the setting and the mood of the story.

Salvador Cortez I really liked this book because it was the first book that i actually read the whole thing. I really understood the book and I liked the conflict because it was interesting. It also gave me an idea of how it would be to be in a camp if you did a crime. I really liked the story! One of my favorite books.

Denise L I read it as an adult (screening for children) and I thought it was well rounded, good life lessons. We liked the movie too..but preferred the book.

Emily At first I thought that this was going to be a boring book. But, I liked it quite a lot. I also saw that movie, too and I liked the book and the movie.

Christina yeah, I liked this book a lot. us in my family are all crazy bookaholics and we found this really old and UGLY jar of peaches in the back of our pantry. I was like "yay sploosh!" but it turned out to not actually taste that great...
