I added both the Kindle edition and the B&N editions manually. However the cover doesn't show and when I try to search for it via the B&N link it doesn't appear. Umm . . . help?

You put the ISBN 13 in the ISBN 10 slot. Therefore, the ISBN that is showing is a truncated ISBN 13. What is the full ISBN 13? I should be able to fix it for you.
Okay. I fixed the ISBN and added the cover image.
Sweet! Can I combine the B&N edition with the Kindle one? And will that put the cover image with the Kindle? Right now the Kindle version is still the default. (A pox on ASINs!)
The editions are already combined. Due to the current situation with amazon, I am leery of doing anything with Kindle editions.However, the edition that has been shelved by the most number of people shows as the default. Since you are the only person to shelve it at this point, just move your review to the B&N one. That will then make it the most popular. Even after moving your review, it may take a day or so for the cache to clear and make the cover for B&N one show on your author page.

Amazon data is being replaced with data from other sources. During the transition, we are not allowed to grab data from Amazon and use it.
