I probably should see it... How close was it to the book?
it was pretty close but they left out some good parts and changed others.
yeah; it was pretty true to the book. just ... the acting wasn't that great in some parts. and a few things were slightly changed or left out. but the plot wasn't totally altered like w/a lot of books-turned-into-movies. so that was a relief. XD it was purty good.
my mom saw the trailer and wouldnt give me money to go see it even if i wanted to!
OMG. the trailer was the most hilarious thing ever. well pretty much the whole movie was that hilarious. XD ahhh so corny. but so addicting.i think you have to a) be a total Twilight geek and b) be willing to laugh at the cheesy parts, in order to like it.
Although, one of my friends saw the movie and hasn't read it, and she thought the movie was good. And from what I've read, the reviews for it haven't been too bad.
idk. I liked it. XD it was funny ...
My friend is dragging me to it tomorrow. Im only letting her take me cuz shes paying.:P
I saw it last Friday. It was hysterical! I'm definitely a Twi-hard but even I had to admit that it was pretty low budget and cheesy.

it was AMAZING!!!! ...and some parts were cheesy. but those only made it better. XD i mean, come on. the book is cheesy too!!! XD my sister is visiting from college this week, and she saw it back at the university, and she loved it too!! XD she HAS read the books. (hehe; i'm the one who got her addicted. XD)

Yeah, I thought the movie was awesome, so I went and bought the book today.Some people have told me that the book wasn't that great, but I don't care. If it makes me seem gay, I don't care; I want to see what the hype is about.
the movie was not that bad (i mean people are getting so mad and im like geez)and jackson and ashley (jasper and alice) were my faves
although it annoyed me that all the super-speed scenes were done in slow-motion...
same here, i wanted to see it the fast way!! ah well. XD my favorite character they cast is alice...and carlisle is awesome too...plus jacob is really hot. XDyeah, brent, that happened to my friend...she stubbornly refused to read twilight (who knows why) and then we dragged her to see the movie, and now she's begging to borrow one of our copies of twilight. XD
lol. that's what happened w/my friend too. she was like "eeehh .. i don't want to read it. it doesn't look like my kind of book." then we took her to the movie ... now she's reading the book and she's OBSESSED. it's kinda funny. lol. :D
i know!! my friend was always like "i'm too cool to read twilight" and always rolled her eyes whenever we talked about the book, and now i havne't seen her without the copy one of my other friends just lent her since. lol its funny XD
now twilight is the only long book that populars are willing to readand jackson is a heart throb

haha.i felt really stupid in english class the other day ... well, i'm in honors lit. so it's all the really uber-smart kids, and i'm like totally lost cuz i'm not as smart as them. and someone mentioned twilight, and they were all like rolling their eyes and groaning. cuz they're all too sophisticated to read twilight of course ...
so i was like ... la di daaa. not going to say anything. XD even though i <3 twilight. tee hee

stupid so-called sophisticated, 'i-think-i'm-too-cool-to-like-twilight' idiots. they can go die. we all know half of them love twilight inside, but are too embarrassed and ashamed to admit it. the other half have their noses so stuck up in the air that they wouldn't be able to read twilight if you shoved it right in front of their eyes. ignore them.
