Duplicate author name,

By some reason my name is appearing as a duplicate (by István Szabó Ifj., Orlanda Szabo, István Szabó Ifj.)

And because of some glitch, as a simple user I can't delete my duplicate name from here. It's saying, error. Could you delete the second István Szabó Ifj from the list?
