Jemma | 2 comments I read this a few years ago from the school library but can't find it. It is part of a series - also unknown - about a teenage boy who goes into a shop and buys an artefact which acts to let him travel through time to I think renaissance times. When he returns he finds other students also have this ability. One boy has come from the other time and another has remained there or possibly died. Its quite modern with teenagers have relationships and sleeping with each other. I think he has an Asian/Indian girlfriend who can't travel. I would be really grateful if anyone can remember this particualr book or the series it comes from. Thanks

Sue Elleker | 1054 comments It's not exactly time travel, but might be the 'Stravanganza' series by Mary Hoffman.
Stravaganza is an alternate historic Italy, and each book is set in an alternate version of an Italian city-eg,Venice.
