Importing from Amazon Newbie question

I am a newbie to goodreads and want to import all of my Amazon purchases (including my Wish list) to my shelves, but just can't figure out how to do it. I have tried to go the the pages of Manage my Kindle and import them but nothing happens. Could someone be so kind as to post easy instructions for me? I am on a Mac.
