Pages coming up as percentage for HB

I recently edited the book info for George M. Cohan: The man who owned Broadway using the information from my husband's hard cover. He is currently reading this and when he went to update it, the pages came up as percentage and not page numbers. I checked the edit page and even changed the page number, taking out the index, to see if that would help but it is still showing up as a percentage. I'm at a loss, there isn't even a e-version of this book.

Please let me know how to fix this and if there is something I entered incorrectly so I know what to look out for in the future.

Dawn: Can't you click on the % sign next to the input box to switch it to indicate by page? (Clicking again on page should switch it to a %.)

Geoff is correct you need to click the % sign

Thank you everyone! I couldn't figure out what had happened. At some point I must have inadvertently clicked on page changing it to %, I didn't even know those could be changed. Well, that's one of my learned something new for today. I'm also glad to know I didn't mess up anything during the edits.
