Taryn Hasted Perry and Aria return to the tides, where Perry Struggles to step into the role of Blood Lord. Many in the tribe resist his leadership, still viewing him as rash. They question his decision to ally Cinder, whose aggressive nature quickly creates problems with the trible. Perry defends him, recognizing the usefulness of Cinder's skill in manipulating the Aether. Aria's presence further unsettles peoplebecause as a Dweller she is not suitable for Perry and is a contant reminder of Talon's Absences

Taryn Hasted back of the first

littleraqything (raqz) Weird. But when I'm reading the book, Perry reminds me of Perry the Platypus from Disney's Phineas and Ferb. HAHA! Can't help. So I really can't imagine him as the hot one, also being a leader of a tribe. He's more of a cute and annoyingly sweet one. And I can't help smiling whenever I saw Perry on the page. Ohhhh.. I miss my childhood! :)) I love this book sooo much and I can't help to read the next one. :))

Sophie I read it the other day - I was so siked! - and although it was still amazing (5 stars) it wasn't as engaging as the first book. That's what I thought, anyway. It was still great though! :)
