I‘m deep into working on UnWholly right now. I‘m discovering new characters, and learning new things about old characters. I‘m extremely pleased with the results so far, and expect to have the book done by October! Here‘s a sneak peak at some of the new characters: MASON STARKEY: an AWOL unwind who wants to violently avenge all the storked kids who end up being unwound because they weren‘t wanted in the first place. MIRACOLINA ROSELLI: A girl who was conceived to be a marrow donor for her dying brother, before becoming a tithe. Unlike Lev, she was not brainwashed, and is not ambivalent. She truly wants to be tithed, and her conflict with Lev, who is trying to save her, is getting really interesting as I write. CAM COMPRIX: Short for ―Camus Composite Prime.‖ He‘s a teen who doesn‘t exist, since he‘s made entirely out of the bits and pieces of other unwinds. His search for identity is one of the key subplots of UnWholly. And of course Connor, Risa, and Lev are still at the forefront of it all!
