Going to Morocco and Turkey this summer! So excited! My parents are the best!

I've always wanted to visit Istanbul, and now its finally coming true!

I'm staying in Turkey for a few days, and approximately two months in Morocco! My aunts getting married, too. This is going to be a wonderful vacation after a long, stressful year.

Remembering you, Terri, and all persons affected by extreme weather conditions. Spring is not here, but the signs of its coming are felt: longer days, more warm days than cold days, tiny little buds on trees, itchy noses and headaches (pollen sickness). Some flooding in the northern states. Those flood waters will come right down the Mississippi causing flooding along the way if conditions are right.

Missed the close of the Olympics. The troubles in the Ukraine had my attention.

We had a warm, dry weekend. My backyard is no longer a shoe-sucking mud hazard. Yea! But a cold front has moved in with snow predicted for Wednesday:P. BUT I am hearing rain is coming to California to ease that drought. Fingers crossed that the drought in Australia is eased soon, too.
