Going to Morocco and Turkey this summer! So excited! My parents are the best!I've always wanted to visit Istanbul, and now its finally coming true!
I'm staying in Turkey for a few days, and approximately two months in Morocco! My aunts getting married, too. This is going to be a wonderful vacation after a long, stressful year.

That sounds awesome, Hiba. I hope you have a great time! I'd love to spend 2 months in Morocco. Can I tag along. ;) Enjoy!

Thanks Derek! I'm excited, its not my first time visiting Morocco, but we're going to do a lot of traveling.Derek, as long as you weigh less than 50 pounds, I can stuff you in my suitcase ;)
LOL! Well, I guess I need to start a hunger strike then.
Hahahaha. Being 50 pounds would be totally unhealthy. Isn't that like the size of a six or seven year old?Dear god, thats small.

Mark wrote: "Thanks Andy.well I am uncle again twice, and a great uncle."
Wow, Mark! Out of the blue, it has to be a shock, but a good one. I wish you happiness with this reunion.

Awesome! It was worth a stressful year for a big reward, eh? Have fun :)

I wish I could send some drought relief your way Terri… what you're going through is such a terrible situation. Weather and general climate issues… are beyond our control, yet we're so affected by it all. Climate change takes many avenues and has many faces… none welcome.
Wow, I missed a lot being gone the last few days. I wish everyone the best, especially those battling the forces of nature.
Loved all of it, capivating show, esp the floor show & the automated mascots brought a tear to my eye :)
Remembering you, Terri, and all persons affected by extreme weather conditions. Spring is not here, but the signs of its coming are felt: longer days, more warm days than cold days, tiny little buds on trees, itchy noses and headaches (pollen sickness). Some flooding in the northern states. Those flood waters will come right down the Mississippi causing flooding along the way if conditions are right.Missed the close of the Olympics. The troubles in the Ukraine had my attention.
We had a warm, dry weekend. My backyard is no longer a shoe-sucking mud hazard. Yea! But a cold front has moved in with snow predicted for Wednesday:P. BUT I am hearing rain is coming to California to ease that drought. Fingers crossed that the drought in Australia is eased soon, too.
A sure sign of spring is that skunk! Portia's backyard sounds like mine. Ditto to the drought sentiments.
If I could box up all of the snow in my Minnesota backyard and send it to all of you who need the moisture, I would happily do that. I would also happily send you the additional snow that's suppose to come later this week.

Agreed. Russia was a great host for another memorable Olympics. I now want to tell the fear mongering American media to kiss my behind! If you'd listened to their bs leading up to the games, you'd have thought Sochi was the most dangerous place on Earth.

News always has to be sensational; if it isn't in truth, the media has to exaggerate. :(

Nail on the head Jane.
Little bit shocked this morning. Came online to the news that Harold Ramis has died. :( He was Dr Egon Spengler in Ghostbusters.
I just read this. My husband is going to be so bummed. He had every Ghostbusters' toy they made in the 1980s. He still has most of the Ghostbusters' toys they made in the 1980s and the boxes they came in. His mother has never met a box she can throw away.
This is a rain dance for Queensland. It's just not the same around here without our fearless leader. Terri, I'm praying for rain to fall in buckets. We miss you, and hope that everything works out for the best.
Sorry Everyone!! I'm supposed to be holding down the fort while Terri's off saving the farm *finger crossed* but I'm a bit busy switching jobs. So I'm now gonna go off and post massive amounts of posts to get us off and running again! :)
