I swear I found it in the library catalog - but I just now I was looking at Brilliance audio's website and didn't see it. I will be right back - If I ordered Twilight Eyes again I will be mad at myself.
Ok. Hell Yeah - there is an audiobook available. It's done by Books on Tape though, unlike most of Koontz's works which are done by Brilliance Audio. I ordered the Audiobook on CD from another library.

You are too smart for your own good, so I'm glad you're
using your smarts for the good of others.
I've got The Servants of Twilight audiobook from the library, but the Key to Midnight is my next Dean Koontz book that I'm undertaking.

I would never say that - You are too awesome! I was just trying to be clever because you really made a good point that I was wrong about being wrong :-)

Common mistake :-)
Common mistake :-)
I just ordered this from Amazon. Hopefully it will get here before February. I haven't read this one before.
Hopefully I can get this one from the library in time. I didn't get the last one for the January read in time its still on hold just waiting my turn.
Sorry Donna, I hate when that happens and it happens to me all the time.Amazon said mine was shipped today. WhooHoo!
I started reading this earlier, honestly, i only meant to read a couple of pages to see how it started but i've just looked at the clock and realized a few hours have gone by, this one has got me thoroughly hooked, don't think i will manage to hold off till February 1st to read more.
I tried, i really did. I've been awake for a couple of hours now and i've been desperately trying to keep myself amused to take my mind off the book so i can read it along with my fellow Koontzlanders but my brain has been shouting at me all morning, read the book, read the book, READ THE BOOK, so i have finally caved in and started reading again. It's not my fault though, it's Dean Koontz's for writing so well :)

How far have you read, I mean what chapter are you ..."Just up to the part where Joey is left with Charlie at his office, Christine has just left for work. Yes, he is a wee adorable lad, after what Charlie just saw though, it makes me wonder.
Does it stay this fast paced throughout the story? if so i'll be finished it in no time, it's great when you pick up a book that you just can't put down (pretty much the majority of Koontz books).I've got to say a big thank you to Jason for nominating this one as it could have been a while before i picked this up of my own accord, so, thank you Jason :)
Gladly, none of my friends read books which is extremely frustrating especially after reading a great one and then having no one to discuss it with, i have to wait for a book to be made into a film before i can have a good chin wag about it with them.
LOL, i know exactly what you mean, well, without the makeup smudges and bed hair (keep it short and easy to manage, no need for a comb). Yeah Mother Grace is the name, she definitely seems to have a few loose screws although the trance thing she went into seemed to be real, whether she gets her messages from God or not i just don't know yet. Just read a bit there with Joey and Charlie talking, the dialogue from Joey is great, has had me LOL a few times.

This is off topic but i was just wondering if anyone else does this, for the past few months i've been using this site http://www.soundsleeping.com/ to listen to sound effects while reading, i prefer to use thunder and rain together, i just think it helps to bring the book to life more so than reading in silence, it went fantastically well while i was reading 77 Shadow Street and it's also going along great with this, it's been a while since i read The Taking but i reckon thunder and rain sounds would go exceptionally well with that one, so, has anyone else tried this or something similar?
Dany wrote: "Lez, I've tried that in the past and liked it but now I mainly prefer silence. The rain/thunder would be perfect for 77 Shadow Street and The Taking. I couldn't get that link to play music. If you ...""If you want to get really scared while reading 77 Shadow Street, listen to the background sounds of the Pendelton House interactive link at Dean Koontz's website", i never even considered that, that's a great idea, will have to try that when i read 77 Shadow Street again, may be a while though. I'm up to the part where Joey, Christine and Charlie have just arrived at the cabin in the mountains, it's an absolutely fantastic story so far, really really fast paced.
Tracy wrote: "Hey where is Dustin Crazy? Has anyone seen DC?"Haven't seen any new posts from him recently. Hopefully he's ok.
I sent him a pm Erica and he hasn't responded. Maybe his computer is messed up. I was thinking he didn't have one and had to use one at other places but maybe not.
I'm sure he'll be on to generate the nominations going tomorrow. If not, someone please remind me to do it, if it hasn't started by tomorrow evening.
Jason, I got him today. He has been having computer problems. He did put up the John Saul thingy so he must be back in business.

Just finished reading this one, i thought it was great, loved the main characters, very fast paced and full of action. A definite must read for any Koontz fan. A massive thumbs up from me.
While reading this there was one paragraph that my eyes kept drifting back too, the way Koontz describes the sound of dripping water to make your imagination envisage something that is creepy as hell.(view spoiler)
I love that paragraph, it's just so......Koontz.
I have an old paperback copy of this book that seem to be longer than when I first read the book decades ago. Is it me? The copy I have now is over 400 pages. It's the cover of the mother and child. I don't remember this book being so long. I'm crazy. I'll read it again anyway. THE SERVANTS OF THE TWILIGHT was the first Koontz book I've ever read.
How do I paste the image of the cover in this group?
