Peeta: I agree with Peeta who said no. I think he was right. I mean, he went through it, why put someone else through it? It would make the rebels stoop to the level of the people who they were going against. They would be doing something they were trying to stop. Besides the Capitol officials children most likely had nothing to do with it. This goes for Annie and Beetee too.
Johanna: Is a bitter person. She pretty much aches for revenge and someone "getting a taste of their own medicine"
Katniss: I have to say I was surprised... and disappointed. I mean, yes she was grief stricken about Prim but, would Prim really want that again? I mean, this really kind of told me Katniss hardly had a heart. Besides, what if someone just like Katniss who had a little sister who was entered in those final games who died? She'd be just in the same situation as Katniss.
Haymith: I was surprised by his, "I go with the Mockingjay" thing.
I would have voted no. For what I said in Katniss's and Peeta's.
I thought it was a cruel idea and not surprised it was Coin's idea.

Nah..Katniss wouldn't of wanted to inflict that upon other people. Remember, she was really upset over how 13 treated her prep team and they were Capitol people.

I expected Peeta and Johanna's responses. I knew Haymitch would go with Katniss. For Katniss, I expected her response to have been used to see whether Coin is trustworthy or not because Katniss sensed it a little bit earlier in the book. That's also why she killed Coin.

But Katniss realized that Coin was going to act like Snow if she became president so she did what she thought was best.

Back to the Topic...I would have voted no, a lot of the reason would be that even though the people in the capitol enjoyed and loved the games, and as a district member i would be like are you crazy?!?! but the people in the distict, no matter how weird, were raised and told and taught that the Hunger Games were a celebration, they participated them and acted as though they really were just a game. Also the whole point of the Mockinjay and the rebellion was to STOP the hunger games, they would be defeating their own purpose if they had their own with the people who condoned with the games' childern, what if these people didnt agree with it either? It would just create a giant mess and really not help their cause.
I can argue both sides. I would've been withHaymitch. I'm with the Mokingjay. But most likely, I'd be compelled to vote no. What did the kids do? It was their elders who screwed up...
