data of good reads

hi,
I'm new member.
I'm PhD student , I registered here because i badly need data of goodreads , i need it in my work.
as i were informed , this is the only way to get data on users and their ratings of books.
Also, I were informed that i have to get key as developer, then get data.
i got key, but i did not know i get data.

please , who can help me?
what i have to do to get data?

as I told I'm PhD student , my field is social networks.
I read this paper:

The author,Dr.Paul Heymann, said to me to contact your website to get dataset, where he got it , but he did not deliver it to me, because as he said to me , he can not redistribute it.
I need it for research purpose 100%.
if you need any confirmation from my university, I'm ready to provide it.
