Does anyone know where this comes from?

The very first time I remember you, you are blonde and don’t love me back.

I read Dune probably about 20 years ago, when I was majorly into SciFi. I thought it was great, the sequels less so.

I wish I was taking an amazing, interesting science class (that involves lab work). I am at least taking one science course, which is Dual Credit Psychology! It iiissss interesting, because it talks about EVERYTHING in life!

I've always wanted to take psych. What's it like?

It is so much fun! Our teacher is really awesome and he gets that a lot of the kids in class are super involved in stuff so he gets it if you have to miss a day here and there and is willing to work with you if you fall behind. At least once a unit, he gives us a lab, which he calls an "assay" and we come in and do it. Then we talk over the results as a class and discuss data and how we think the lab ran. The day or two after that lab we then manipulate the assay lab regulations to find a new results.
So say in the assay you looked at how well a protein worked in particular conditions. On your own, you could manipulate those conditions to see if it made the protein more or less effective.
It's super hands on, which is cool. Not like a lot of classes I've taken before.
