It is way up there with Firefly Lane, Winter Garden, and Night Road. Not that all of her books I have read have been amazing

Q How do you throughly develop your characters you write? Do they resemble you?
Q I am an Army wife. I received an advance audio copy of the book and I've been listening to it in the car. I can't find the words to tell you the impact this book is having on me. It's rather visceral. I cry on the way to work and on the way home each day as I listen to it. Did you talk with any military families before writing this book?
As an Army wife I can attest that it certainly does ring true.
Q What advice do you have for authors just starting out?
That's how I feel when I paint. I'm happy to move on to another painting
I've read three of your books: Firefly Lane, WInter Garden and Night Road. I'd have to say Winter Garden is my fav so far, although I've enjoyed all of them.
Looking forward to reading this new one.
oh, actually, I've also read True Colors. Enjoyed that as well! Wow, I guess I'm a fan....hahah....
q. i have read most of your books and recommend them to friends. Please just keep them coming. They are such feel good books
