Will Kester | 1047 comments The Great Panic of 2009 was Swine Flu? I can't believe how we over-react to so many things. Flu is part of life; some get it and most don't. Next year it'll be Asian flu and we'll scream, "Shut the borders!" again. sheesh.

Talk about historical moments! Mine That Bird won the Kentucky Derby. He was owned by a vet and a rancher from Roswell, New Mexico, and trained by a rodeo cowboy from there. I knew one of the owners back when I had horses. I graduated high school from Roswell, my father and grandfather ranched there and Buena Suerta Vet Clinic is the top vet clinic in the area. Wow!
