What Song Reminds you of the Book?

Exactly like the topic says. What song(s) remind you about the book, characters, or series overall? I know that when I listen to a sad song or romantic song, I instantly start to tear up because of Katniss/Peeta. Your opinion might be different.

“You’ll be in my Heart” by Phil Collins- Talk about the most epic amazing love song ever! When I heard this on the radio, I instantly thought about Peeta because he talks about protecting Katniss and keeping her safe. Katniss will always be in his heart, from “this day on always and forever”. Saddest/sweetest song ever.“You are my Number 1” by Enrique Iglesias- “You bring me up when I’m feeling down”, and some other lines that remind me so much of Katniss and Peeta as well. I think you should look it up.
"Resistance" by Muse. Perfect rebellious song :)
Safe and Sound of course is going to be in the movie!!!! yay!!!! it makes me cry because of rue

My Immortal by Evanescese, from Peeta's pov. It sorta sums up how Peeta went through all this with Katniss, and at the end of the day, he's still there waiting.We are Broken by Paramore-this just says how Peeta and Katniss are after the war. It is a perfect match.

That's just what I thought when I heard My Immortal! It makes me so sad and happy at the same time...if that makes sense haha :)

For some reason the song Pumped Up Kicks brngs this book to mind. It's way too upbeat but I think the lyrics fit somehow or something. Idk lol.

Yes! :( It's weird for me because certain things make me cry. I didn't cry during the video, but when I listened to Safe and Sound it reminded me of Rue and I cried. *shrug* It seems like every song I listen to relates to THG in some way or another. I think it's just because I'm obsessed.

The one that got away-katy perry reminds me of her relationship with gale and how she didnt end up with him in the end and Sing-my chemical romance because its all set in the future and all of the action

"Set Fire to the Rain," by Adele. It reminds me of Katniss' relationship with Gale, and wen she and Peeta are hiding in their cave during the Hunger Games, and when she sees Peeta helping kids from other districs that want to get Katniss, and also that she is the girl on fire."I let it fall

This is just the start of the song. The rest of the lyrics remind me so much of the Hunger Games. But I couldn't write the whole song here. You should really look it up, and listen carefully to the lyrics.
I think "Safe and Sound" is going to be great for the Hunger Games. When I listen to it, I think it will be used for Katniss and Prim. I don't think Rue, because Rue has her own song. I think it's cool because the HG has songs in the story. Like, Rue's song, and the Hangman (I don't kno exactly what the song is called).

Iris by the goo goo dolls. It reminds me of how katniss just wanted someone to see her as she is (a.k.a. peeta)! And it goes with the theme of being depression:)

Dog Days are Over by Florence and the Machine reminds me of the first book, not so much the verses, but definitely the chorus. You're Going Down by Sick Puppies reminds me of Mockingjay.
Yeah I like those. And I could see why you would say that.
The Call by Regina Spektor reminds me to THG. I Imagine Prim singing this to Katniss while she is in the games, but some parts sound like Katniss is the one who is talking to Prim, thought.

Muse songs really do fit these books. For the Hunger Games, I thought of Invincible by Muse when Peeta and Katniss got to work together. It fit perfect! I didn't even have to hear the song, the book reminded me of it.
