What do you think Reyna will do when she figures out that the seven of the prophecy are going on the ship, but not her?

Pros:
~Strong-willed --also, Cannot Be Bribed (material things don't give her happiness [proven with her experiences with her dad]) Then, the giant couldn't convince her to give up Leo&Jason for the sake of her Father..o.O
~Good intent
~Tough (doesn't voice her pain or her fears)
~Independent (Holds her own against Drew and others)- courageous
~Confident around people (because of charmspeaking)
~Not shallow (beauty doesn't seem to matter to her much)
*also she does not bend her will to whatever the Aphrodite cabin believes about giving ppl 'the love treatment' aka getting ppl together, then breaking them up and breaking their hearts. Like, WTH?

Cons:

~TOO Posessive (of Jason, because she believed him to be her b/f for some time)
~Should have realized her charmspeaking skills after a while of convincing -it was sort of obvious.
~At first her 1st Reaction to Opposition is Violent (punch her, fight her, etc...)
~Sort of Paranoid
~Best Treatment (from money) but Still feels Dissatisfied --(understandable after 14 years, ya)
~Has slight Pride --which should not be considered such a bad thing, but...
~Physically Dependent (not that strong, weak physically in some situations; most of her powers focus on mind and tongue or socialization.)

these are the Pros and Cons I remembered. You guys can remind me if I missed something.

The point is she thought. That she didn't say it goes to her credit, but the my point, again, is she thought it. And that does not go to her credit. Perhaps I'm a bit harsh on Piper, but I stand by what I said, there are many characters in both the series who way better than her and deserve a chance to go. (Look at the list of pros and cons given by Yumn for reference). I don't hate Piper, I resent the fact that a better character wasn't sent on the quest.

Thanks Isabelle, I admit, I never really thought of it from that point of view. And it does makes her rather violent threat seems less terrible...I rather like the idea of her being protective, it goes with the fact that she is a true daughter of Aphrodite.

But even there her actions are not wholly justified. She should have considered that Jason was old enough to look after himself and make the right decisions. She should have trusted him, if she did love him, to choose a fun, smart girl with depth and not a shallow one like Drew. But I suppose people do silly things when in love, or when they truly care for someone so perhaps we could go easy on he for that one.

P.S. I still think it was more possessive than protective, though that may differ from person to person.

She was pretty brave to go on the quest that could have potentially killed her dad. Piper has WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY more pros than cons.

Okay, so my favorite part for Reyna is she was born a leader. She is such an intelligent person with crazy amazing fighting skills!!! She's very fierce, and she has a crazy, mixed up life which makes her more of a normal person, not just someone you see in fiction books all the time.


Oh geez I can't think of a least favorite part. Okay, I think she's a little harsh at times, which I can understand since, well, 1. She's a Roman. 2. She's daughter of a war goddess. 3. She has had a hard past.
Also, she holds some grudges too..... but not major, just a little...
