D.G. | 2752 comments Finished Tangle of Need (Psy-Changeling, #11) by Nalini Singh . Loved the overall arc, but was just meh on the couple. If I were to pick where this one ranked on my favorite list, it's definitely in the top 3.

Now I think I'll finish The Lady Is Tempted by Cathy Maxwell a re-read I started last week and haven't been able to finish.

Don't you hope Kaleb's book is next!

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments Tracy & Paris, I used to LOL at Queen Betsy. Sadly, she's become a chick I wish I could drop kick to the curb. That series ended up on my "Make it Stop" list of series I keep reading, but wish I could stop back at book #8, which funny enough is titled Undead and Unwelcome. Marc is the only character who makes me laugh anymore.

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments I finished Wool 3 Casting Off by Hugh Howey The Angel (The Original Sinners, #2) by Tiffany Reisz and started Chasing Magic (Downside Ghosts, #5) by Stacia Kane

That's sad Steph. I hate it when a good thing ends. Another chick that I find hilarious is Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. Stephanie and Lulu crack me up.

What did you think of Wool 3 Steph? I think it was my favourite of the series!

I just picked up If I Stay (If I Stay, #1) by Gayle Forman for bingo and then will read Every Which Way But Dead (The Hollows, #3) by Kim Harrison for a buddy read.

Oh no. I hate that when that happens. I wish some authors would realize when enough is enough.

Now there's one that is on my "Make it Stop" list. I love the early books, but come on after this many books (where are we 19?) something should have changed. But nothing has. I didn't even bother reading the last one because I read reviews that said it was all the same and then a friend of mine read it and concurred so I saved myself the time. It bums me out cause I wanted to see the series to the end, but there really isn't an end in sight.

message 909: by Steph, Serious series addict (new)

Steph (angel4492) | 32703 comments Yeah, sucks when that happens. Don't know if I've just outgrown Betsy or if the series itself should'a ended several books ago. Either way, I just can't seem to stop reading them. I keep thinking I'll miss some major event in the series if I stop now. :\

I haven't read any of the Steph Plum books. I did watch the movie though. LOL!

Jeann, I liked Wool 3. I've liked them all so far. Each is different, but equally intriguing. They all make me wanna know more. Got #1-3 for free and told hubby about them. He bought the omnibus this weekend so he can read them all back-to-back. I'll be jumpin to #4-5 soon.

message 910: by Barbara ★ (new)

Barbara ★ Finished Voices by Arnaldur Indridason Inside Out (Insider, #1) by Maria V. Snyder

Starting Walking Dead (Walker Papers, #4) by C.E. Murphy Listening to A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire, #1) by George R.R. Martin

message 911: by Tracy (new)

Tracy | 237 comments Yes Paris I think Plum is up to 19. I like listening to both of these series on audiobook. They are humorous and I listen to them on the way to work. I'm not a morning person but if I listen to them by the time I get to work I can be civil. To me they are those so dumb that its funny. I love the TV series Monk simply because he is so weird and stupid.

Steph you should try the Plum series but like Paris said they for go on and on but I still find them humorous. And I know what you mean about Betsy, I can't seem to stop them either.

There are definitely a ton of laugh out loud moments in the books. And I still recommend the series to people even though I'm starting to wish it would end.

Chasing Magic was sooooo good! Towards the end when they're on the rooftop I almost cried. Hope you enjoy it! Stacia Kane has created a masterpiece series with Downside Ghosts.

Angie (pinkindle) Steph wrote: "Hi, Angie! Welcome to SOS! How'd you like Rot & Ruin? I've got those TBR."

I really liked it! It was definitely a lot different than I was expecting a zombie novel to be like. I highly recommend it though. I wrote a kind of lengthy review for it, too: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...

Thanks for the welcome! :)

I'd be surprised if Kaleb's book is next (I don't think that whomever he was looking for is a love interest. My theory is that he was looking for a (view spoiler).

I think he'll end up being a sort of alpha for the Psy so I think that Ms. Singh will build up his conflict way more, the way she did it with Hawke.

I think the next hero is Vasic (the Tk-V.)

I have yet to read Ward and I'm not sure why that is. There have been a lot of group reads in the different groups I'm in but I just haven't ventured that way. I need to change that.
