a very good read but not really a romance more of a spy mystery."Still... looks good.
Rt now reading Even Now & Ever After by Karen Kingsbury.

ROFL!! Maybe wholesome for the NEXt millenium :-)

I just started but so far so good!!
Currently reading
.I loved the first one and have been looking forward to reading this one, especially after meeting the author and getting to talk to her about the characters.
Lisa Kay wrote: "Ann wrote: "I just started but so far so good!!"I've heard it is much, much better than book #2.
"well I liked book two so I guess I'm going to love this one lol....
Lisa Kay wrote: "Oh, I have read a Alexis Harrington book in a while. Love her."It's my first by her and so far I like it :)

I love the Edge series. :) I still haven't read Book 3 though but it's definitely on my list.
I am afraid to admit how many I am currently reading lol I am reading Gone with the Wind as a BR, Me and My Ghoulfriends as a BR and for a challenge, Perfect for a challenge, True Colors for a challenge, Outlander for a challenge and Standing in the Rainbow for a challenge. Even though I have all these going I will probably pick up something else and start them too lol
I totally understand, Robin. Once I started doing the "buddy read" thing, the number of books I read simultaneously could get a little out of hand. I had to really watch my calendar. It is hard for me to resist a good "BR". **sigh**

I go to my personal private group and fill in my reads and then transfer everything over to all my various groups : )
That is what I had to do too, Robin! I was posting here, in RLftCI under the Reading Goals, but it got too insane.

yesterday, CaroB. But Lisa Kay hasn't posted the first set of questions yet and I have the 2nd set cause we knew you'd be busy with your house.

Hannah Howell is one of my favorites and the Wherelocke series is great!
Jyl22075 wrote: "Plus, I'm finding it hard to get passed the fact that the "hero" of the book is still married. I mean, supposedly his wife is a bitch and they are going to get divorced, but it still doesn't sit well with me."Oh, I wouldn't like that. Thanks for the heads up, Jenny, b/c I downloaded that one.
Got about 25% of
left. This has been a hard read for me...some of the story is great, fast paced, full of activity. Other parts seem to drag and the heroine is TSTL, and CONTINUES to do what she knows will harm her.
I'm currently reading
and I'm really not liking it. If it weren't for the fact that it'll help me towards three challenges, I'd DNF it right now.
Rachel wrote: "That sucks, CaroB. I hate when that happens."Sucks is right, I'll just have to try to get through it quickly, but it works the opposite with reading doesn't it? The good ones I finish in one go and the bad ones just drag, lol!
Lisa Kay wrote: "I know. I would say dump it... but three challenges are a lot to fix."I'm going to put it in the "Run the other way" shelf when I'm done.
@ Carob & Jenny (Jyl, do you want me to call you Jenny? :) )I don't know if this happens to you guys but I actually feel physical anxiety when trying to finish a book I hate. lol
~Megan~ wrote: "If I hate a book, I start skimming in a BIG WAY."Lol, that's exactly what I did! I just got so sick of the heroine's repetitive thought process. I know that's not fair to the book, but I'm sure I'll get over it :-)
Megan, I have
lined up for another challenge. Interested in doing a buddy read for it or have you already read it?
