Background History: In a small battle between Demons, he was killed by Verin and lost his dimensional anchor. With no form to cling to, he became a pure spirit, unable to do anything but give people a nudge in the right -or wrong- direction.

Bloodline: Born of the human Michelakos family, Akakios is of a double line, that of humans and that of vampires. As such, he is also of Archaíos Vampire family, though he is not truly recognized as a member.

Powers: Intangibility the ability to phase through solid matter without harm, and Darkness Manipulation the ability to create or manipulate darkness, often by mentally accessing a dimension of dark energy and manipulating it.
Weapon(s): In a style not unlike his kopis from ancient times, Akakios uses a falcata as his main article of warfare, highly trained in its usage.

Dressing style: Still rather fond of his ancient styles, Akakios still dresses in dark tunics and heavy, woollen cloaks. It should be observed that as a vampire, he feels little in concern of temperature, and will wear his rather heavy clothing everywhere, and only rarely wears lighter articles, such as togas or military uniforms.
Personality: In his many, many years of living, it can easily be said that Akakios has become...warped, if you would, brutal and unfeeling to those he deems young and foolish, which is many with his vast years backing him.
This leads him to be unflinchingly stern in his ways, believing himself to be right even when others are clearly correct. But, it can hardly be blamed, for his manner and habits are archaic at the best of times.
While some of his kin choose to be kind with their prey, Akakios will purposely send the humans, or animals if it has to be, into a panicked frenzy merely for his own perverse enjoyment.
But, despite all this, he is a wise person, and the shattered bond of brotherhood he had nearly destroyed him is now in repair, rendering him into the calmer individual he once was, cool and calculating mind somewhat restored.
Family: Very few of his once proud clan remain, few of his members living to produce offspring at a sufficient rate to appease the bloody warfare of Greece, and as such only two modern day lines are left, with only three members accordingly. But, his brother Erastos still remains, much in a state like him.
Background History: Living in the time of Alexander the Great, "Ezekiel" served as a soldier of the infamous war lord.
One of twin sons born to a Greek Politician, Akakios-as he was named then-lived a comfortably well-off life, adapting the the constant influx of power with an ease welcomed by most people. It was for one of these reasons that he was inducted into Alexander's army, and served him so well.
But, when the young king met his end, whether to fever as they said or assassination, Akakios was left with no where to turn in a war torn land.
His twin, who was the opposite of him in every way, had "died" some years before, at the hands of his own wife. With this backing him, he decided to return to the place favoured by many of his fellow soldiers, dwelling in Alexandria for little more than a year until his presumed deceased brother arrived at his door.
Driven mad, left on his lonesome for so long with little to no guidance, the young blood lashed out at his own blood brother, killing him and rising him into this new life.
The two brothers fought to near death, but regaining his sense, Erastos fled from his precious brother, hiding himself away in the icey lands of Scandinavia to protect the both of them from harm until he could control himself.
Akakios, meanwhile, was rather glad for this new gift, and used it well, combining it with his love of military and serving the best of the best, all of the historical heroes and villians you know.
In the last few years, though, the Ancient has decided to settle down, and has taken to teaching the younger generation through his blood hazed mind.

Weapon(s): Though he was mostly forbidden from exercising any kind, the exertion a little to much for his frail human body, Erastos did manage to learn a few tricks, mostly with a(n) xyston, a type of thrusting spear the allowed him range if he was ever needed in battle. As an Immortal, he has honed these skills into fine perfection, learning to adapt them while wearing, spolas a thin armour he learned to craft while wiling away indoors.

Dressing style: Unlike his obstinate brother, Erastos does not stifle himself with heavy clothing, and will content himself with a simple toga, or a chiton and himation.
Personality: Despite his early on bloodlust, Erastos has since become a very calm and collected individual, working often with short precise movements, a remaining aspect of his human body.
Not as strong as some of his kind, a defect of the sickness that had eroded away at his body, Erastos has learned to rely upon his mind instead of his physical strength. As such, he is wise beyond even his own years, his mind a razor blade that few dare trespass on, a warning that has been given time and again to his students after a particularly fatal accident involving a mind reader.
Overall, he is a very thoughtful person, offering a hand where most often others would not, healing and guidance as much a part of him as the bloodthirsty demon within him. Only with the honed precision does he keep this monster in place, and he is probably one of the most dormant of his kind, feeding only when absolutely necessary (though not abstaining from the human blood, as animal would only partially fill him).
It is of note, though, that he withdraws into himself at times like a wounded animal, tortured by the past events that befell him. At these times, he becomes melancholy and even somewhat hostile towards those around him, seeking only to protect himself from the old wounds.

As such, he was tasked with carrying on the family's proud bloodline.
Marrying him off to a cousin (distant enough to be considered safe), his family applauded their manoeuvre in binding their clan and ridding themselves of the sickly boy.
Erastos, on the other hand, was rather miffed with his predicament, torn from his long home and forced upon a girl he neither knew nor cared for. But, he misjudged the wile of woman, and slowly, he found himself falling for the delicate flower calling herself Apollonia, and he soon he was beyond smitten.
By the time the wedding ceremony had arrived, both were joyfully wed, rejoining the two branches once more with a passion usually unseen by arranged marriages. As such, much was expected from them, and by the time of his eighteenth birthday, a child was already on its way.
But it was not to be. It was revealed to the young husband that his dearest wife had not been completely faithful to him, and, in a maddened rage, he slaughtered her and the unborn child.
The full extent of her betrayal was revealed when she raised herself from the blood, slitting his throat and leaving him to die with a spiteful spit, leaving just enough of him for the virus to root itself in his system.
Tortured by the betrayal of his only love, he spent many years wandering. Maddened and yet peculiarly sane, he found himself at the steps of his dearest brother, where he strangely tried to kill him, turning him instead.
Shocked at his betrayal, he fled the scene, and hid himself among the snow-capped peaks of Scandinavia. But, after centuries, he decided it would be best to put things aside, and he has been serving the school and a teacher for no payment or official title.
