Bex (kiltedtwizzles) | 23 comments I might just be being thick but how do you remove a book that has been incorrectly combined? So that I can then edit the correct information in.

Everything in this isbn is incorrectly attributed to the first Chalet School book whereas worldcat twice lists it as the companion book to the series (which is what I scanned with the goodreads app the other day).

Would it just be quicker to delete & re-import it than go through changing everything?

Violetta | 477 comments Split 1 books into new work: 18536961

I've separated it out from the series and the similarly titled books for now, based on ISBN info. Do you have the correct information (i.e. book cover, page count, etc)?

Yep, I've got the physical book. I need to get a more hq copy of the cover than the amazon one but other than that I think I've got it sorted.

Violetta | 477 comments I'm just wondering...as a companion book, we could still include it with the Chalet series, just not as a numbered primary work. How does that suite you?

Bex (kiltedtwizzles) | 23 comments I was debating just that fact. There's a few misc tie-ins/in-between books too. I wasn't sure if it'd be okay to add them to the serieses or not as whoever set them up seemed to have a very specific idea of how they should be. And there's also quite a few "sequels" that have been written by various authors that I'd like to include in there too. Can a non-primary work still be numbered?

Yes, we can number them with a decimal (e.g. #1.5)or just position them in between the proper works by dragging the arrows in the Edit Series page and leaving off the number.
