I really enjoyed the first two books, but I wasn't totally happy with the last one. Most people loved it though! Easy reads.

Imagine a not-quite-so-great cross between the 70's Roger Corman "B" classic "Death Race 2000" and Stephen King's "The Running Man" but with kids instead of adults and you're nearly there.

I agree with Entertainment Weekly that The Hunger Games trailer was one of the best three minutes in the theater for all of 2011.
