Finished my first book for the challenge today - Anna Funder's All That I Am.I am planning to go through my library lists and recently acquired books to make a longer list of possible reads soon.
I gave All That I Am to my mum for Christmas - she finished it in two days and planned to loan it back to me, but then one if my sisters nabbed it, another sister requested a loan and so did Mum's good friend, so I'm now fourth on the list59 read it. Luckily I have lots of other good books to read. I hope you enjoyed it as much as Mum did. :)
Last night I read Exposed: Misbehaving with the Magnateby Kelly Hunter - perfect quick book to read late at night on a Saturday when you are home alone.
In honour of Australia Day, I thought I would share my list of possible reads for this challengehttp://www.theintrepidreader.com/2012...
Nice list - have taken note of the titles.I didn't realise that Tobsha Learner was an Aussie author. I have
Yearn lined up for a February challenge. Think I am going to be able to read a lot more female Aussies than I realized.
Well, now I read her bio, I am not sure. She lives here .... so counting her but happy to be told otherwise.
I do like Kelly Hunter ... re your earlier post. I'm just off to steal book recs from your blog post. One thing for hot weather ... sitting in air con and reading is bliss ... esp with ice cream I have waiting in freezer :)
Today I have posted my review of Margo Lanagan's Black Juice -http://www.theintrepidreader.com/2012...
Today I am talking about the Our Australian Girl series at my blog, focusing on Grace's story. Two of the books in Grace's series. I read the last two books in the series as part of this challengehttp://www.theintrepidreader.com/2012...

I hadn't heard of this series - but am happy to see they are at my library - will chase up the Grace books first as they seem to be the start of it.
The Grace books are definitely the earliest and the first four girls books were released together so you can read them chronologically. The next two are out of order but that is okay
Today I read Letty and the Stranger's Lace by Alison Lloyd and Hot Island Nights and Her Best Worst Mistake by Sarah Mayberry.I think technically I have now completed the challenge but I am definitely going to keep going and see what else I can read this year for the challenge
