I think you can find it on Demand if you have that. You should be watching, its sooo good!
have Directv, I'll check it out. If they are going to rerun it, I'm so on it.

I keep hearing great things about the show from one of the horror groups I'm on with fb....friend and I tried to watch the first episode but we couldn't get into it. I will give it another shot though, could have just been the mood, or else the first episode basically just sucks.

I watched AHS from the very beginning and was intrigued every single week. I mean, it was like a movie going on week after week. Michelle L., I'm with you, by the end, everything became crystal clear. They say that next season some characters will remain while others will be replaced.I hope they keep the next door neighbor, Tate, Violet, her parents, but some characters can go away that go super-far in the house's history until a future episode.
I tried watching this but it seemed so twisted and graphic. I stopped halfway thru the episode.

In case you plan to watch this show and haven't yet, SPOILER ALERT:I am not sure how I feel about the killing off of the whole family. I kind of wish they had explored the girl being dead while the parents werent dead. I thought that could have been very interesting. I liked the family and not sure I want them to become a part of the under layer in the house.
Actually the last episode or two was jam packed with big events. It felt rushed for some reason.

I mean, remember those older scary movies from the 70s and 80s, that's what it reminded me of. It's like the first episode even caught me off guard but as the story went on, the more I wanted to know.

Jackie, I couldn't agree with you more. I mean, I wanted to see how they would live their life after they found out Violet was dead. Although I can understand a little bit of how the mom dying was given to show her husband how to appreciate her more after her death. However, I felt like the husband didn't have to die the way he did and for that reason so that was bizarre even though we knew once Constance got the baby, the show would be on for more evil!
I think the family is going against the grain of the evil in the house and I applaud that because with all the years of evil that house has seen, it's time someone had good intentions for it and I think it took a whole family to do that which is why they killed them off but seemed unnecessary indeed.
I agree, it did feel rushed because after Constance's long speech to her hairdresser, I expected more of a build-up since the boy could have had more umph because another half-hour or 30 minutes would've made it more memorable.
I totally agree with the ending being rushed. Still, I am hooked and will be waiting patiently for the next season!
At first I couldn't understand why they would kill off the entire cast but then I read that next season is supposed to be with a whole new cast, in a totally different location. So the story of Murder-House is over. I'm not sure how accurate this information is, but it makes sense with the way they ended the show.

I agree, it did seem very rushed. I honestly would have preferred them doing more with Violet's death and the weirdness of Vivien's pregnancy, her death, and even letting us see more of the surviving child than learning about the murders that had happened in the past and seeing the new family that moved in. I agree that Ben's death was a little bizarre...I'm not sure how I feel about a new house and new family for the next season.
The series was very strange, but addicting at the same time. I know I'll watch next season just to see how far they will go with it.

really!! Wow I actually love this idea. I was disappointed but a whole new haunting sounds like fun. Once you found out all the secrets of the house from season 1, things would have gotten old.
I also find it exciting that in the article they say the filming schedule appeals to movie actors. It will keep the quality of acting on the show at a high hopefully.

I know I saw something about the house they used being up for sale awhile back, so I guess it makes sense they'll be using a new house and all. Not sure how I feel about that, though. I liked the show, but I'm not sure if I'll follow it through a whole different scenario.

I think that the new cast and a new place to haunt is a good idea, too. I mean, that's the story behind the name of the show. It's meant to be fun for the viewers to watch but I just hope they don't slack off with the horror and what it is really about.Does anybody know when the second season starts?

That's a great point! I felt that way when I was reading "Moon Called." I've been to WA state before, and I loved reading about it in the book.
I am actually pretty excited for the next season. I like the idea of a whole new cast and new haunted location.
Who's watching the new season? I'm loving that it's an anthology of horror stories, than one ongoing series. Even more so because some of the cast from season one have got great new roles again.I loved the ghost story of Season One, but Season Two is proving to be just as terrifying and strange.

I loved the first season, too, and I like that they've completely changed everything (neat concept).
I am having a really rough time with this season, though. I think it's the whole mental hospital scenario. It's just too much for me. I've watched the first four episodes, but I'm not sure if I can take any more. They're piling up on my DVR, and I haven't decided if I want to watch them or not.

I know what you mean about the mental hospital, Michelle. A haunted house for Season 1 felt realistic, I'm not sure how real the whole alcholic nun running a mental institution really seems.

Lol. An alcoholic nun with a sadistic twist! I have to admit that I really like seeing Joseph Finnes in this show.
Same here, where's he been all these years?! It's a shame he doesn't have a larger role. Perhaps if it gets a third season he'll get to make a reappearance. :D

I know! I loved him in Shakespeare in Love (total chick flick, I know, but...) I also love the one guy who plays the 'good' psychiatrist in this show and was the interior designer in the previous season. I always think of him as either 'Sylar' or 'Spock', lol.
Lol. LOVE Shakespeare in Love - great film! I know, I think of Zachary Quinto as Spock too, can't wait for that movie :D

Okay. I now have to go see another episode...
Last week's show felt finally like not trying to go as far as they could with the freaky. Things are starting to line up and make a little sense, and have some point. I have to say, Jessica Lange is an amazing actress!
I think Freakshow started strong but sagged a lot in the ending. Not sure what I think about Lady Gaga being the main star for Hotel, but we shall see.
