Rika skated in, she lost balance and her board slipped out under, she landed on her feet and kicked her skateboard up, it did three flips and fell in her small hand

Josie was walking when she tripped flat on her face. Her cheek hit the concrete. "Ow~!" She moaned in pain to the ground. There was a guy on the bench next to the concrete.

"Fine." She groaned as she pushed herself up.

"My face hurts." She said with a grunt.

She frowned and kept walking into the school. She put her books up and went to the swimming class.

She sighed as she sat by the pool, swishing her legs. She was a quiet girl with this thing for black bears.

She changed and walked into the music room. She saw him and growled, "Oh great...It's you..."

"I have class..." She frowned.

"Okay....Gary." She said and grabbed a gutair and played rememebering Sunday.

She went out of the music room, growling as she went to the outdoor school pool.

"I don't know! Why don't you ask my mom who told me she doesn't even know my actual father and and a guy who seems so...freakin' shallow to even have a conversation with be beacuse he's too damn shallow!" She growled.

She sighed, "Don't go. I was just angry, but you give me something else to be bothered by, by just you seeming to be a grouch." She sighed.

She frowned and sat by the pool, feet in the water as she swished them. "Sorry."

"For what?" She said, looking at him with big green eyes.

"I'm not the one who should be sorry anyway." She frowned with her grumble.

She blushed lightly, "Thanks."

"Bye, Gary, right?" SHe said with a light smile on her face.

She was alone as she sat there, watching the water.

Rika yelped "HEY DUDETTE!! WATCH OUT!" Too late, the skateboard hit her in the head.

Josie got hit and fell face first into the pool.

Rika ran over, her voice was high pitched and worried, her hair fell out of her cap "Oh! Are you alright?!"

Josie came up, spitting water out. "Fine." She grumbled with a light anger.

Rika's cap floated in the water "I'm so sorry! THat wasn't meant to happen."

"This day wasn't meant to happen good for me." Sh efloated in her drenched clothing.

"I'll go get you some new clothes uh, miss...What's your name?" Rika asked.

"Josie. I'm Josie Jones." She said, dragging herself out of the pool.

"About the clothes." She said, still dripping.

Rika nodded and brang back a pair of jeans, a t-shirt and a pair of sneakers. "I *cough* found them..."

She quickly changed and looked at her. "Whats wrong?"

"I'm not used to your *cough* American diseases. I seem to have caught something called Strep throat?" Rika said, her Japanese accent showing. She stroked her throat and coughed hoarsely

Josie nodded, "Oh, You're Japanese right? Go to the doctor. He'll give you medicine."

Rika nodded "THe new student, in public just call me Riku, no one needs to know I'm a girl." she said, standing up and walking off.

"You still need to go, and what if your on your period?"

"Only the nurse and you know, I'll just use the nurse's bathroom when I'm on my period. No biggie, right?" Rika said, smiling gently.

"No. Huge biggie. Gym class change..." She stated with a frown.

"The boys won't know, I'll change where no one can find me, I'll just change into a pair of large basketball shorts and a large t-shirt. No biggie."

"Okay." She sighed as she stood in the new clothing.

Regret Message played from her cellphone. Rika's eyes widened and fear struck her, she picked up the phone, her dad shouted at her, calling her names and swearing at her.

She grabbed the phone from Rika and coughed. She smirked and cursed back in a colorful language. It was Italian and she sounded like a man. She then hung up and gave the phone back.

Rika blinked "What was..?" she asked. But, she was cut off "I'm gonna be late to soccer practice..."
