Person 2 can agree or disagree.

Dolly starts to get Margot to spend more and more time with Ethan, to use him so Margot will look ready to leave the asylum. But as Dolly is ordering Margot to get to know, Margot begins to fall in love with him. Then he can find out that she used him, even if she didn't k ow that was what she was doing, or something like that. :)

No, not really. He's only like 24. (somewhere around there). And it doesn't have to be romantic. It could be a platonic friend ship, and he likes her because she helps him even when it's like one am and in his mind it'd be a pain in the ass to consult a grown man about his nightmares. :P
