SOLVED. Childresn's series about a mouse who answers scientific questions [s]

Hi all,

My son is four and a half and really starting to ask questions like, 'why is the sky blue?' and 'what makes a rainbow?' etc. When I was a kid (about 25 years ago), my family had a series of children's books that featured an animal, I'm pretty sure it was a mouse, that asked a question and it was answered in a really simple but great way so a young children could understand.

Anyway, I cannot find this series anywhere. Does this sound familiar to anyone at all? Any help would be so appreciated!
