Name/Nickname: Cecile Blair Fitzpatrick, "Airhead" or "Celli"
Age/D.O.B: 17, born on the 26th of April, 1994

Face: Her eyes pale blue though they can look silver in some lights, and very big, framed by long lashes. She has full lips and a light permanent blush, though her other features are very angular. She always paints her nails black and wears a collection of silver charms around her neck.
Skin Tone: She has pale skin.
Hair: She has long, pale blonde hair that reaches just past her waist and falls in loose ringlets. Cecile usually wears it down, even when she has a few hair lackeys on hr wrist, and only wears it up when she's swimming or running, and sometimes when she tries to sneak into the Dhamphir gym.
Build: She's tall and willowy, like most morori, with small curves and longs legs. She looks like she belongs on a catwalk, not the school corridors.
Personality: She sweet and kind, completely innocent and naive, and very loving. She's a daydreamer and barely ever pays attention to anything but still manages to pass classes easily.

Love Life: She isn't really interested in relationships (or other people, in that matter). Blair is always off in her own world and never notices any of the guys watching her.
Family: Father, morori, 54. Mother, morori, 55. Younger brother, morori, 13. She sees her parents occasionally, but it never seems to make a difference to her what people she's around, except her younger brother. It’s only with him, Tori, that she seems awake and joyful.
Hobbies: Working out, playing the violin, spending time with her younger brother, drawing, humming to herself, and practising her control over her affinity.
Favourite Food: Vanilla ice cream and sweet fruits, like mango, strawberry, and melons.

Personality- She is the quiet, observing others type. Doesn't really say much, tries to stay out of other people's way. Because she has made herself invisible, she knows almost everything that's goes on.
History- She is a common Moroi, not one of the royals. this has played an important role in her personality, since the Moroi society pays much attention to only the royals, being a commoner made her realize that her word didn't really matter much.
Friends- Cecile
Love Life- She had a crush on a royal once and somehow he found out, making her the laughing stock of almost the entire school. So now she steers clear of this relationship crap.
Family- Parents are both Moroi and they live in Ireland. They rarely visit and Leah is almost on her own.
Hobbies- she likes to read a lot and practice her "fireworks".
