I'm a mom, and I love all the Andrew Clements books. They seem to respect that even kids who aren't abused or living in poverty have issues.

They are mostly all school related in a way. They rock!

Yes. The one that turned me on to Clements was Frindle. I was so impressed by how brave the kid was, and how the author made it all seem believable.

This book was cool. Another great book by Andrew Clements was The School Story. That one is almost my favorite book.
