I was wondering: if I search a book and find it with a different cover but the same ISBN but the page count is wrong should I still change the page count?

If it has a different cover (same isbn )then it should be added as an alternate cover edition with appropriate details http://www.goodreads.com/help/librari...
Thanks I had read that but wanted to ask anyway!
