Really? Your English is pretty good, I couldn't tell it was your second language. Most of what you said made sense and the rest of it I knew what you were trying to say. You speak English a lot better than many of the twihards.

Twilight shouldn't count as a book in my opinion. It is not challenging to read, and even when Meyer tries to use big words, we all pretty much know it's just another way of saying pretty or describing Edward's 'awesomeness'.Twilight doesn't make people think about new ideas or messages or anything really. Twilight is the kind of book that anyone can read really because it is not hard to read and doesn't require much thought, and people who don't normally read books will read them but not read anything else afterwards. I don't think it really makes people read books, other than the Twilight series and I don't think we really want people to read that.

and what you said it's actually very make sense. and i just get it now, why a lot of people (especially Twi-lovers) like read this series... (because it's easy to process), not like harry potter (when imagination is required)
well, that's my opinion :-)

It's really weird to me that people say that Twilight is easy to read. I was having such a hard time of it! I was so bored that I nearly fell asleep.

I really just can't get beyond the boredom. Though I may not be the best judge of what is easy to read as I managed to get through years of Gender Studies and other social theory classes. I read religious theory for fun. So by now, pretty much everything is easy to read to me.

Yeah, the actual Twilight book was rather shorter and I could quickly get through it. I did turn some pages, but it was after I saw the movie. So I was kinda hoping that New Moon would go on in the same pace that the last pages of Twilight did and the first chapter seemed to do that. You know, the bday chapter. But then all high and mighty had to leave and it was pages and pages of teenage angst. It was around 140 that I just gave up and turned 200 pages ahead. More teenage angst. I screamed and threw it in the corner.

Yeah, it was like the end of the world or something. I've broken up with a guy before. I once even fell in love with a guy, who told me after he slept with me that he just wanted to be friends. I was crushed and everything, but I cried for a few days and then moved on. Only someone with serious issues would mop around for months and months over a guy. This proves that Bella is screwed in the head.

Well, it is true that I was 23 at the time, but I didn't date until I was 18. But anyway, I think love is the same until you're in your late 20s, so it was still like I was a teen. Especially because I generally don't date.

Ryan Reynolds.
Or Christian Bale.
Or pretty much every man that hasn't been in Twilight. e_e"
definitely

Ah, apparently someone had not been exposed to the hotness of Christian Bale.
