Add missing cover photo

Hi, I added a discussion topic on the page for the book edition itself, but I'm rather new here, and don't know if it was the correct place for this kind of request.

So I write a post here as well. Please let me know where I should post this in the future.

OK, I have an edition of this book (As on a Darkling Plain) without a cover photo. I have scanned it, and would like to have the cover added.
