Yeah thats what I just assumed as well. haha him giving the gift of life on his birthday rather then someone giving him a gift.

Tbh, I'm more concerned about who's POV their first time will be in :P
I don't think so because I've read other books that change POV and its not confusing in the least! Honestly I'm just more concerned with if Adrian has more chapters in his POV than Sydney.
I think their chapters will be even.

Yeah, I've read them too. It's not confusing as far as I'm concerned either. In fact, I kinda like books with multiple POVs.

hmmm, I hope that Richelle keeps it to just Adrian and Sydney's Point of View for the rest of the series, because if everyone suddenly had different points of views it would kind of take away the intimacy of just Adrian and Sydney.
I hope that it's only Adrian and Sydney's POV throughout the books. I feel like anyone else's would just ruin the chemistry and storyline with Sydrian. Plus, most authors can't pull off more than at most three POVs in books without ruining them, at least in my experience.

Linger and Forever in the Wolves of Mercy Falls series has 4 povs, and that's a really good series, so I think as long as the author can really distinguish between the characters and know them well, it's fine. :D
Yeah, the Lunar Cronicles by Marissa Meyer (starts with Cinder) has a LOT of POVs, and I like that series. Then there's Heroes of Olympus, which is four POVs too, and I like those books. But I find that when you write multiple POVs in third person, it works better. First person with more than 2 POVs just annoys me for some reason :/
