There is an amazon edition and a barnes and noble edition

Stephen | 3 comments Now there are three: hardcover, Amazon/Kindle, and BN/Nook. And they are combined--except that for some reason the BN/Nook version doesn't have a cover image, which should be identical to the other two. Is it possible to fix that?
