LOL! I remember that a show I used to watch, 4400, was also set in Seattle but filmed in Vancouver. Not sure of the reasons for that. Money, I'll bet.

Think it's cheaper to film in Canada, and Vancouver stands in quite well for other cities. Lived there for a year, but I liked Seattle when I got to visit the Emerald city.
Feels quite cold here, probably not quite brass monkey weather.

Here, too. We live amidst the trees so we're stuck inside while branches and ice fall all over the place. But the roads are much better now. And I learned how to hook up and start the generator all by myself.
