If you could choose what J.K. Rowling would write for a next book, what would it be?

I would totally want to know more about the ministry of magic' involvement or efforts to stop Voldemort before even Harry's generation came into play. Apart from that, James and Sirius' life at Hogwarts would make a lovely start. And how Shape started out to be a death eater and how his years of spying for Dumbledore went on. Ahh, it keeps going. Anything can happen in Harry Potter Universe.

Voldemort doesn't have any children...

I'm assuming you meant Tom Riddle Senior? That would be interesting... Ouch. I can't imagine Voldemort with a sibling.

I love all these ideas, but I've always been interested in reading about Hogwarts in the years between Voldemort's first downfall and Harry's first year there, preferably through the eyes of a Slytherin. (Although having them win the House Cup seven years in a row wouldn't be very exciting, but still). It would have a lot of the same elements: the same teachers, the DADA curse, Quidditch, etc. I imagine that there may have been a division within Slytherin House, that being between those who still supported Voldemort, and those who either never cared much for Voldemort or decided to move on after his downfall. J.K. Rowling had mentioned at one point that some of the Dark wizards believed Harry would be the next great Dark Lord, so it would be interesting to read about that sort of mentality floating around as well. But really, I would just love to read about a Slytherin that actually fits the traits that people in that House are supposed to embody: cool, clever, cunning. We see that a bit in the generation before Harry's, but the students we all meet in Hogwarts are all dumb, brutish, or both (one could argue that Draco is above this example, but I've never found him particularly compelling). I would love to read about a witty Slytherin who isn't necessarily a pureblood or has any loyalty to Voldemort but still fits into the Gryffindor-Slytherin rivalry that we see in the original series. I think would be very interesting, not to mention a lot of fun to read about.
I think I would like to read about James Potter and the Marauder Era, but also read about Draco's perspective.

Everything that happened from the end of the Deathly Hallows and through the nineteen years following.

Definitely books from the Marauder's Era, all we really get is a few flashbacks and letters in the books

Neville and Luna's? who would be the next baddie or what difficulty thei..." I felt like Luna and Neville would've been a cute couple, but she didn't get married to Neville, she got married to a relative of Newt Scamander (I forgot the name...)

Either the 4 founders, or growing up with the marauders, or what it was like for people forced to be a death eater and how scary it is

It would definitely be Hogwarts: A History! I've been dying to read that book for years—imagine all the secrets, magical discoveries, and untold stories it could reveal. From the enchanted castle's origins to its hidden chambers and legendary founders, I know it would be an absolute treasure trove for fans like me. I’d preorder it in a heartbeat! 🏰✨📖

Of course, I would read everything Rowling would write in Harry's world. I'd love to read something about marauders (but I'm afraid I wouldn't like it after all the young dudes, which I love), I think it would also be interesting to read books about Dumledore, Voldemort, Severus, Newt Scamander (but differently than in Fantastic Beasts) or about the founders of Hogwarts, or something from the perspective of one of the ghosts.

Even though it would probably end up falling flat, I'd love to see a spinoff series about the next generation of wizards (something more than TCC) that would still include the kids from the Harry Potter saga, just grown up. I'm not ready to leave those characters behind! We also need more representation of the other houses, especially Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. Gryffindor takes up the entire 7 books, Slytherin gets TCC, Hufflepuff has Newt Scamander, but we don't really have a main Ravenclaw lead yet. Or, how about we get a look at another wizarding school?? Like Beauxbatons or Durmstrang.
