User adding new blank editions

This user is adding new book editions with very little information rather than shelving books that are in the system. I'm not explaining it well, but you'll know what I mean as soon as you go to her profile. I don't have time to fix it. It looks like she's only added 15 books. Can someone else have a go at it, please? Thanks!

Sometimes I wonder if we would have less fixin' to do around here if things were better explained to the general users (in this case, I'm certain that user didn't intend to add more work, only to add books to her GR shelves).
