The Tax Court "prefers" blue ink - the only way they can tell if it is original or a copy. They need at least one original. This is due to the fact that DC mail (especially to the Court) is chemically sanitized thanks to anthrax. But I don't have to worry about that anymore thanks to my retirement last month. Tax Court is the only court I had familiarity with.
Interesting about the anthrax effect. Courts in NJ will accept both as long as they are original.Singing in the shower.
