It was cool to see a Castle Rock story. In King's notes at the back of the book, he mentions that this could be an epilogue to (view spoiler).
Aside from the Castle Rock connection, I didn't care for this much at all.

Little bits and pieces of this one go through my head at random like the way that an incident haunts the one man into his adulthood and the image of all of them gathered to talk about it. Its very much about the way New England folks are in King's stories being haunted by their pasts but unable or uncomfortable with discussing these issues.
I am on this one right now. I love it so far. I like the setting being in the early 1920's.This one so far reminds me a bit of "Rose Red" which I loved.
I have to be honest, I'm not sure I fully "got" this story. It was a good read, but I think I must have missed something. Bummer.

(view spoiler)[The story recounts bizarre and inexplicable events that have taken place in a notorious house in the town of Castle Rock. The house seems to take on a life of its own as new wings are added, growing in a way that seems proportionate to the awful events that have occurred there. The new wings added seem to be connected to the deaths of men who, as boys, were molested by the house owner's wife. The story also serves somewhat as an epilogue to Needful Things, as stated by Stephen King himself. (hide spoiler)]
