Ooooo in the Luke story Thalia kisses Luke on the cheek and he says that something dangerous he did (I can't spoil it all :3) was worth it because of that. And she joined so she wouldn't turn 16 and be the child of the prophecy... Then she kinda just... Stayed I guess xD
