Working through Executive Orders which is the immediate book after Debt of Honor. So far, both are pretty good, but there is a lot of fluff to these books. Each could have had a lot fewer pages and been just as good. Next up is The Gunslinger which I hope is good. I may not continue with that series if the first doesn't "wow" me.

in the end i was rather disappointed with the outcome, it was flat and bland. it had some much more potential.also read
which was great. going to start the series from the beginning!!
Currently reading
and
--novellas in a genre that is outside my comfort zone.
Writers need, I believe, to test their comfort zones and stretch for the same reasons that (some) actors take on certain roles.
But I find I also need to go to bed with something more familiar so I am rereading again
Currently reading Shadow and Bone, immediately followed by the other two Grisha series books, Siege and Storm & Ruin and Rising, in preparation for Leigh Bardugo's upcoming Six of Crows. Understand it takes place in the same world as the Grisha series and wanted to be prepared.
Listening to my second ever audio book
the voices are brilliant. but i must admit that i occasionally have trouble concentrating on the book, and i can't just listening to it without doing other things otherwise i get distracted, luckily i have already read the paper back version some time ago!! still im enjoying it non the less.
hey i'm interested in Japanese history and was wondering if Oda Nobunaga: The Battle of Okehazama by Les Paterson was any good? i'm thinking of doing a project on it. So has anyone read or know of this book it's getting mixed reviews :)
Reading
also listening to
im enjoying the experience though i do have to re-listen to it occasionally. The voices and accents are really good, but occasionally they sound very similar and its hard to tell people apart, or sometimes its hard to tell which ones are inner thoughts and which ones are spoken words. though i really enjoyed the different POV's between Eve and the serial killer.
I just started reading Best Staged Plans by Claire Cook. So far it has been very good--it's laugh-out-loud funny in places.
Finished
was a great ending and i cant wait to read the next one - first im suppose to read a book published in 2009, i tried
but its a little cringe-y and I'm not feeling it - unfortunately i own it, so i suppose i'll read it one day, just not today. These are my other choices
But which one to choose? i have some other's but there second or fourth books in a series and im hoping to avoid reading them until I've read the first.... but desperate times desperate measures....
Get started...The City of Wizards It seems like a very good book. Who prefers fantasy & of course Wizards, I mean it's a grear choice for you :)
Finished You're Never Weird on the Internet in ONE day. That's a record for me! I didn't want it to end! On the look out for a new book! :)
Hey Tyrolin, I would recommend the Hush, Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick.I'm currently reading
,
and
Will probably move onto
Thanks Taylor, I'll definitely look into those.I can also recommend The Night Circus Literary fiction, beautiful descriptions. Apparently they're optioning the film rights!

I'm about halfway through Ghost Story by Peter Straub. It's meant to be super scary but so far there just seems to be a lot of build-up and back-story!
I'm reading
not real sure how I feel about this book, I thought it would be a little spookier since my library labeled it as "Horror" but I've read mysteries that have made my hair raise more than this book.Any recommendations on good mysteries or "ghost" stories?

Oh yes, it's a good read! But not something that i would always lean toward. The only thing that got to me was the way how lovey-dovey she was towards the main guy. But i adore how strong willed she is to protect her sister.
Finished
i was pretty disappointed in the book overall. Also finished

which is a great little series so far! At first I wasn't impressed as the characters seemed a little too "youn..."How you even manage to keep track of that many books at once is beyond me!! haha
Finished My latest library books, so went and picked up some more, couldnt get my hands on
but managed to grab some other beauty's!!So far I've read
which i rated 3.5 stars, its good but was a little rushed towards the end, plus i hold IA to higher standards than other authors based on their awesomeness as writers (awesomeness it totally a word)also finished
which was my challenge book, not bad. rated it 3 stars. would make an excellent dark comedy/historical book for early teens.thinking of reading
next, as i've been meaning to get my digit on this book for ages! adored the prequel.
Just finished the Royal We and the first in the Lux series. Both so well done. Think I'll hop on Prince Albert next and pretend it's Prince Harry
