I do tend to judge books by their cover, but I agree that titles are super important. If I don't know what book I'm looking for when I go to the library, I stroll through the shelves and look for interesting book spines. If one catches my eye, then I pull it out and look at the cover. THEN, I'll read the summary if I like it.

This usually leads me to books I like, so it works for me!

I almost always judge the book by the cover because if the author can’t choose a great looking and creative book cover, how can the story be good? I understand that the designer mainly does the book covers but the author still has a choice from a few different designs

I usually judge a book by its cover because it is really easy to tell the difference between a teenage angst story and a cute young adult book by its cover. Plus I avoid books with lots of dark colors because I am not into weird thrillers or werewolves.
