Although I mostly enjoyed this book, it seemed a bit uneven. I particularly disliked the college lecture scenes (there was a reason I avoided courses like those and stuck to history). But I can see how that might have added to the enjoyment for others.
Despite the claims of this billboard in Times Square, I did not find it "swoon-worthy." But I suppose we should be happy that at least there is an author on a billboard?
