Randy Harmelink | 1639 comments The whole conflict between Woodbury and the prison is pretty silly. It would be so easy for a sniper to simply come near either and pick off a few people and then leave.

Neither have enough people to have extensive patrols out and about to prevent it.

Chris (chrismccaffrey) | 599 comments True. The Governor did that once.

message 253: by Lisa (new)

Lisa Kilbride (lisajen) | 841 comments Yeah, until he did that, there was no conflict, and after their little "peace talk," Rick naively thought that a conflict had been averted.

message 254: by Steve (new)

Steve Chaput (stevec50) Daryl is going to want revenge for his brother. You know next week will end in a cliffhanger, right?

message 255: by Chris (new)

Chris (chrismccaffrey) | 599 comments Merle kidnapped the kids and that set up the rescue too which wound up with casualties on both sides.

message 256: by Lisa (new)

Lisa Kilbride (lisajen) | 841 comments And then we have to wait until October again. :(

message 257: by Char (new)

Char | 17469 comments OF course it will end in a cliff hanger! :)

Cathie (cathiebp2) | 220 comments I was sick to my stomach before the beginning of the last episode of the season finale. Unbelievable ending.

Chris (flahorrorwriter) | 2844 comments Overall, I liked the way this season ended...can't wait for Season 4 in October!

message 266: by Char (last edited Apr 01, 2013 07:31AM) (new)

Char | 17469 comments Randy, I thought the same thing. In fact I even said it aloud (view spoiler)!

I'm really bummed about Andrea though. I am also breathing a sigh of relief that Daryl made it through.

Cathie (cathiebp2) | 220 comments I appreciated the fact that there was a "season finale" ending.

Randy, thanks! Guess cause I just watched it... :)

Thanks Rachel, I appreciate it. :O)

message 270: by David (new)

David jones | 38 comments I thought it was an alright episode. It wasn't that great though. The battle we all knew was coming just sort of petered off to me and it was rather anti-climatic.

message 271: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 1434 comments You're welcome. It is not easy to show how to do that, haha.

message 272: by Char (new)

Char | 17469 comments glenda wrote: "I am so bugged about Andrea... [spoilers removed]"

Glenda! HA! I was wondering that too!

message 273: by Chris (new)

Chris (flahorrorwriter) | 2844 comments I am bummed, too, Charlene, but thought this would happen...and while I thought there would be more of a battle, the setup in the Tombs was badass! This just gives us more to look forward to this fall...

message 274: by Jeff (new)

Jeff | 1131 comments OK first, if your going to put up a spoiler warning, you cant go right after it and say that your bugged about what happened to Andrea, that's a "dead" giveaway. lol excuse the pun. Just for future references. Luckily I had watched it already. I don't want to tick anyone off, but I'm just saying...

Second, I was ready for a much bigger fight. I was ready to see some kind of, or at least a little more closure, between he two groups. But it didn't really happen, though, some of the things that went down were expected. Gale Ann Herd, executive producer had kind of let the cat out of the bag when she said that she'd love to have David Morrissey back on the series, without totally saying that we would be back. Bad move on her part.
But overall, it was a little bit of a let down, while I'm glad our little group didn't lose much in the way of personnel, I was glad to see that Hershel didn't buy the farm. He is the collective conscience of the group. The other loss tot he group wasn't that much of a loss at all and I was already tired of that person. It was time for some new blood.

message 275: by Steve (new)

Steve Chaput (stevec50) I have mixed feelings about the episode, but was pleased over all. I hope wh

message 276: by Chris (new)

Chris (flahorrorwriter) | 2844 comments Well, Jeff, sorry about that...some of the above mentioned references kind of gave that away...and since it was later enough when I posted it, thought it was okay...my bad to anyone affected.

message 277: by Teresa (new)

Teresa B. | 883 comments I actually liked the mid season episode much better. I miss merle already we barely had him back :( .. Well andrea liked to sleep with all the bad boys one was going to get her

message 278: by Ian (new)

Ian McClellan | 540 comments I'm glad TV Carl seems to be turning a little more into comic book Carl. He's a much more interesting character that way. I loved the (view spoiler)

message 279: by Chris (new)

Chris (flahorrorwriter) | 2844 comments Yeah, Teresa, I did kinda like the tension he brought to the group...but I'm glad he redeemed himself...nicely done. Nice to see Rick show some concern about Carl, and actually kiss his newborn child! Can't wait for October! I wonder if the Governor is gonna get a tank...? ;)

message 280: by Jeff (new)

Jeff | 1131 comments According to Kirkman; season 4 seems the group is going to be remaining in the prison with their new refuges. No other mention of the Gov was made, but I'm sure that he will show up again. Rick is supposed to find his humanity again, while trying to cope with Carl's new outlook on life. That is a partial bit of news from The Walking Dead camp.

message 281: by Rachel (new)

Rachel | 1434 comments I heard somewhere the Governor will be back for season 4 for sure.
