Can a Super delete this "author"?

There were a few quotes attributed that I deleted, but I don't see a way to delete the whole author. I'm assuming a super can take care of it.

I took care of it. You can't delete authors, but you can merge them with the author Various.

You can leave them blank, GR Ar working on a script to delete empty authors so they will get taken care of.
