Who are your favorite protagonists in YA Dystopian/Post-Apocalyptic Lit?

Steven Santos One of my favorites is Jonas in The Giver (The Giver, #1) by Lois Lowry . I really felt his plight as his world crumbled all around him and he was forced to make the frightening and heartbreaking decision that provided the novel with such a powerful and haunting ending.

What MC really touched you and why?

Steven Santos I was also pretty moved by Todd and Viola in Chaos Walking A Trilogy - The Knife of Never Letting Go; The Ask and the Answer; Monsters of Men by Patrick Ness . Both of these characaters display true courage and compassion, while at the same time expressing their vulnerabilities.

What are some of your faves?
