I loved her... She's always brave and always proud. I know she's very strict but I also know how kindhearted she was... I love how she fought the final battle in Hogwarts... She really cared for all the students (not minding even if it's a Slytherin). Remember about the part where Voldemort wanted the school to give-up Harry, one Slytherin girl shouted "get him" (or was it like "somebody grab him"...I don't remember the detail...sorry) she just answered her calmly and told her to leave the hall or something... And also when she cast a spell to the statues or marble stones to become alive and protect Hogwarts... Really courageous...

She also battled Voldemort after everyone thought Harry was dead. (Along with Kingsley and Slughorn)
Love her. She is like a a caring person who knows when it is right to cause trouble and how to slove the problem. She trusts that harry knew what he was doing back at hogwarts. Diffently favorite teacher aside from snape
She is what a woman is-brave and kind.she is an embodiment of all the good things mother nature nurtures.when a woman speaks with truth and great
conviction, the GOD speaks.she reminds me of my
mother.
Love her. So much. SOOOO glad she didn't die, because she was supposed to always be there for Harry, even though she could be a little strict at times. Absolutely BRILLIANT character!
She was the best (adult) character in the whole series. The best was when she fought Snape.
yep..she was one of my favorite characters too!i wish too that my teachers were like her even though she was a bit strict sometimes!:]
McGonagal is such a BAMF that there are just no other words that fit as her description. Especially after reading her backstory, my respect for increased even more.
She is amazing!!!!! She is one of my three favorite characters. Hina, are you on Pottermore? The thing I want most on Pottermore is to read her backstory, but since it's not open to everyone i can't, so I'm really MAD!!!
She reminds me of my favorite teacher in high school, actually. Didn't really like her the first year I had her, because she was so strict, but second year, you really saw a lot more of her, and the strictness was always out of love. McGonagall is the same way. Wonderful character, and she's always been one of my favorites.
Emma, yes I am. I'm one of the Betas and there is quite a lengthy backstory about her, and it's amazing and quite sad.

She is a strong, brave, amazing, kind, character. She knows what she's doing and won't get bossed around, especially by Snape. She's very inspirational, and cares for the students. She's genuinely nice, and had lots of courage to keep fighting and not give up even when she thought Harry was dead.
She is my favorite teacher, besides Dumbledore. She's very perceptive, and always helping Harry and the rest of her students.
I love McGonagall, loved the way she stood up to Umbridge in the order of the phoenix, loved her battle with snape in the deathly Hallows.

Professor Mcgonnal was an awesome character. I liked the part in the Order of the Phoenix where she told off Umbridge when she was about to give Harry big punishments.

It makes it seem less like the whole thing is over.
She is wise enough to be in Ravenclaw, loyal enough to be in Hufflepuff, cunning enough to be in Slytherin, and brave enough to be in Gryffindor. She strove for what was right, stayed at Hogwarts when it was overrun with evil, defended the lives of the innocent, continued fighting when all hope was lost, used her brilliant mind to both teach others and strategize plans, and her sense of fairness, justice, and kindness proved her to be a woman of true wisdom and a beautiful example of what a good person is capable of.
